lofted over cover, clears the ropes effortlessly but hey, New Zealand take the series 2-1.

Right, that brings us to the end of our coverage. Hope you enjoyed it. Until next time, from Hemant and myself Shashank Kishore, have a wonderful evening. Cheers
Kane Williamson: Brilliant game, great advertisements. Credit to India for a great series. The first performance was our best, there were learnings in the second game. Both teams put in strong performances tonight, we did slightly better. We travel-train-play and straight into the next series against Bangladesh, that's the nature of international cricket but the guys are looking forward to it
Rohit Sharma: Disappointing to not cross the line but we fought well right till the end. 210 odd was always going to be tough, but we were in it till the end, they held their nerve and kept hitting their yorkers. Lot of positives, we started well with the ODIs, wanted to do well here but the boys throughout the tour were excellent, put in a lot of hard work. They will b disappointed tonight but we've to learn from the mistakes we made from the tour and move ahead. Would've nice to fly back with a series win, but yes, lot of positives through the tour, looking forward to heading home and playing Australia.
"Great to have a performance like that this series," says Man of the Series Tim Seifert. "Haven't seen a crowd in Hamilton like this in a long time. Enjoyed batting with Munro at the top of the order."
"Was touch and go, but the boys did well to finish it off," says Man of the Match Munro. "Came out nice and free, tried to play my game and put pressure on the bowlers. Had my luck, it went my way."
Girdharitard: "Karthik has to be bat liitle higher.15 rpo for four over is to too much to achieve."
Anil Kumble reckons fielding and missed catches cost India the game. Hardik Pandya was upset and he had every reason to be.
Predictions for Player of the Match? Munro?
Tonight in Hamilton:
India Women needed 16 runs of the last six balls: managed 13.
India Men needed 16 runs of the last six balls: managed 11.
Stats wiz Mazher tweets: This is first time India have lost a three-match T20I series. Of previous ten, they had won 9 and drawn one.
Earlier in the night, the White Ferns clinched a last-ball win after denying Mithali Raj. Now, the Black Caps have clinched a thriller by denying Krunal and Karthik. What a memorable finish to the series in front of a sell out. India's long tour of the southern hemisphere that began with a T20I in Brisbane on November 21 is finally over. They tied the T20Is, won the Test and ODIs in Australia before hopping over to take the ODIs 4-1. The hosts have been super dominant in the shortest format, India will perhaps rue their run-clog in the middle overs today.
Aman: "That last ball four off Khaleel from Taylor becomes the turning point.."
Manish Raval: "DK should have taken the single on 19.3 Today seemed like Krunal's day...."
excellent short delivery, Karthik misses the pull. Wide called, Southee and Williamson not happy but it was above the head.
belted back down the ground, hits the stumps at the bowler's end, a single it will be. Beyond India now
belts this on the bounce to mid-off, he smashes his pad in frustration. 13 off 2 now
mistimes this lofted hit to long-on, refuses the single. Pandya was nearly down Karthik's end when he had to turn back
looks to walk across and scoop, Southee cleverly bowls it outside off, Karthik leaves in anticipation of a wide, not given and rightly so
whipped down to wide long-on, excellent stop by Santner. That was traveling, covered good ground and then put in a slide to save two runs. 14 from 5
Mani : "Reminded of the Nidahas trophy final."
up, up and over. Miles over long-on. By no means a half-volley, just length on middle, Krunal clears his front leg and launches him through the line. Got it off the absolute middle. 16 needed off six and we have an exciting finish on the cards with DK on strike
too early into the pull, misses. Excellent slower delivery under pressure
drills this down the ground, deflects off the stumps to the off side and one is all they will get
Fine leg and third man in, mid-off goes back
imperious! Stays off side and waits for this length ball to angle in, when it arrives, he swivels back and deposits this pull deep into the square leg boundary. Stunning from DK
mistimes this pull down to deep midwicket
looks to whip it over square leg, misses. Hit on the pad. Scoring chance missed as fine leg was inside the ring.
backs away, bowler follows him by spearing in a yorker, squeezed to point
flicks this down to deep square
right into the blockhole, dug out for a single
Back to over a wicket
full toss outside off and he's flat-batted this two bounces to the cover boundary. 15 of three, New Zealand have problems
off a thick inside edge, races away past short fine to the boundary. India still in it. Looked for a wild slog
glorious hit for six! Length outside off, Krunal took a step out and belted it through the line
bowls this too far wide outside off
Southee from round the stumps
