World Cup Champions to appear at Perth public reception

The Australian Cricket Board (ACB) confirmed today that a public reception will be held in Perth on Tuesday 25 March, following the Australian cricket team's 125-run victory over India in the final of the 2003 International Cricket Council Cricket World Cup in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The public reception will start at 11am in Forrest Place and will be attended by the Premier of Western Australia, the Hon. Dr Geoff Gallop, City of Perth Lord Mayor, the Right Hon. Dr Peter Nattrass, ACB General Manager, Commercial Operations, Mr David Fouvy and ACB General Manager, Cricket Operations, Mr Michael Brown.
