Former opening batsman Andy Waller has been named as Zimbabwe's new coaching manager. His previous experience includes a spell as coach of Namibia.
Waller, who played two Tests and 39 ODIs, will be responsible for supervising domestic coaching structures and setting up high-performance centres across the country.
His appointment follows that of Dave Houghton, who will be part-time director of national coaching.
As a more general shake-up of the game's structure continues, the Independent reported that earlier this month the Zimbabwe board dissolved its cricket committee and would be replacing it with a new body made up of "people with playing experience will be announced soon".
