Adams back in State Auckland Aces side to meet Wellington

The return of TelstraClear Black Caps all-rounder Andre Adams is the primary feature of the State Auckland Aces squad of 13, named today to play the State Wellington Firebirds.

Adams returns from suspension to replace Richard Morgan who was 12th man at Gisborne in the Aces first round match. Heath Davis has also been retained after his recall last week.

The playing XI will be announced tomorrow morning.

The second round State Championship match starts tomorrow at the Eden Park Outer Oval at 10:30am. Admission is free.
