The press pack issued today by the Sri Lankan board includes a number of player profiles from CricInfo's Sri Lanka web site, srilanka.cricinfo.com. The source of these profiles has been wrongly attributed to the official England web site, ECB.co.uk.

Both sites are part of the CricInfo network. Within this network, content relating to international cricket events resides on the web site of the home side. The pages in question reside on CricInfo's Sri Lanka site.

All CricInfo coverage of the England tour of Sri Lanka, including the player profiles in question, is part of the Sri Lanka site, not ECB.co.uk.
